Hip Hop Week
Network Awesome proudly presents an entire week of programming on the history and culture of Hip Hop! The highly anticipated event boasts the best documentaries, films and video collections from all eras of Hip Hop, from the earliest days on the streets to the mega-stars of today.
Similar to our extremely popular week-long events like Electronic Music Week or the Women of Punk Week, our team of 30 curators have dug deep to unearth the most exciting, diverse and surprising material we could find, from an amazing collection of performances on Yo! MTV Raps, to the classic movie Beat Street to a look at Novelty Rap to a surprisingly absorbing documentary on Lil Wayne. And that’s just scratching the surface! A total of 30 shows will be presented during Hip Hop Week, with daily, in-depth articles in our magazine. It’s going to be amazing!

Network Awesome is a new kind of online TV experience that curates it's content from YouTube.  Our custom software recombines the individual clips and plays them back linearly to the viewer.  We feature 6 shows per day all of which are immediately added to the archive (which is now bursting with more than 5000 shows.) The future of TV is at your fingertips.
